Purpose of the data processing
Your data will be processed for the purpose of organising and conducting the bachelor seminars at the Institute for Business Taxation.
Legal basis of the data processing
The legal basis for the data processing of the mandatory information in the registration form is Art. 6 para. 1 letter e) in conjunction with § 17 NHG.
Obligation to provide
You are not obliged to provide this information, however, you can only complete a Bachelor's seminar paper if you provide us with the required data, which is designated as mandatory.
Storage period
We will process your data for as long as is necessary for the planning and final completion of the bachelor's seminar papers or for the duration of the seminar, or as required by applicable legal regulations, such as the obligation to retain examination papers. Should you wish your data to be deleted, we will delete your data immediately, unless legal storage obligations conflict with this..
